Over the past 7 years, I’ve moved about 25 times across different homes and cities — driven by opportunities, lease changes, and life’s unexpected turns.

Because I’ve walked this path myself, I know how to make it easier for you.
I moved to Australia at 18 and completed my Bachelor of Business (International Hotel Management) from Le Cordon Bleu.
During my studies, I served as the Academic Board Representative, advocating for student needs and experiences at the board level. I also worked part-time and casual jobs, balancing education with real-world hustle.
Before that, I earned several badminton championships, including a gold medal at the Chandigarh State Badminton Championship — a symbol of the discipline and drive that still fuels SettleBox today.

If you pre-order your SmartPack 14+ days before arrival, we guarantee early dispatch so it reaches your new address around your arrival window.
Delivery partners manage the final delivery time.
7. Can I update my order after placing it?
Yes, you can update your address, arrival date or kit selection anytime before dispatch.
8. Are the products good quality?
Absolutely. SettleBox uses hospitality-grade essentials, sourced from trusted Australian suppliers. The same quality that is found in hotels and serviced apartments.
9. What if I arrive earlier than expected?
We recommend travellers carry a bedsheet and towel in their luggage just in case delivery takes longer than planned.
10. What is your refund policy?
You can receive a full refund within 7 days if your arrival is 14+ days away.
After 7 days, orders become non-refundable.
Purchases made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
