1. What is the difference between SmartPack Plus and Lite?
SmartPack Plus adds a non-stick frypan 24cm, mattress protector, hand towel, waiter’s friend, chopping board, and more tableware. It is designed for people who want a more complete and comfortable setup rather than just the basics.
2. What bed sizes are available?
You can choose Single, Double, or Queen at checkout. Pricing varies by bed size. King size is not currently available, however feel free to send us a message and check availability for king bedding.
3. Can I add Boost Packs to SmartPack Plus?
Yes. You can add any of the Boost Packs — Chef, Kitchen, Cleaning, or Storage at checkout. Everything arrives in the same delivery.
4. When should I place my order?
We recommend ordering as soon as your COE or visa is confirmed, before you book your flights. That gives your kit the best chance of arriving before you do. If your plans change before dispatch, get in touch and we can adjust your delivery details.
5. Is SmartPack Plus suitable for couples?
SmartPack Plus is well suited to one person who wants a comfortable setup. If you are moving as a couple, SmartPack Pro includes double quantities of tableware, towels, bath mats, and cutlery, and may be the better choice.
