- Orders may be delivered to residential addresses, universities, or nominated locations
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is dispatched.
8. Cancellations and Changes
Orders may be cancelled or amended before dispatch by contacting us promptly.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
9. Returns and Refunds

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if goods are:

We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
- Normal wear and tear

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can assist you promptly.
