SettleBox is your one stop solution for relocation. We provide thoughtfully curated essentials kits to help international students, migrants, and newcomers settle into Australia comfortably from Day One.
Our SmartPack Kits include bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen essentials, with optional Boost Packs for extra convenience.

Products & Kits
1. What is included in a SmartPack?
Each SmartPack includes ready-to-use essentials across:
- Bedroom
- Bathroom
- Kitchen
Contents vary by kit level (Lite, Plus, Pro). Full item lists are available on each product page.
2. What is the difference between SmartPack Lite, Plus, and Pro?
- SmartPack Lite – Essential starter setup
- SmartPack Plus – More comfort and convenience
- SmartPack Pro – The ultimate all-in-one newcomer experience
Each upgrade adds higher-quality items and additional products for a more complete setup.
3. Can I buy individual room packs instead of a full SmartPack?
Yes. You can purchase Bedroom, Kitchen, or Bathroom Packs separately if you don’t need a full SmartPack.
4. What are Boost Packs?
Boost Packs are optional add-ons that enhance your setup, such as:
- Kitchen Boost
- Cleaning Boost
- Storage Boost
- Chef Boost
They can be added to SmartPacks or purchased separately.
5. Can I request items not listed on the website?
Yes. If you need something specific, you can contact us and we’ll do our best to help with custom requests, subject to availability.
Ordering & Planning Ahead
1. When is the best time to place my order?
We recommend placing your order as soon as your move or arrival plans are confirmed.
Ordering early helps:
- Secure stock availability
- Allow time for dispatch planning
- Reduce stress closer to your arrival date
While we suggest ordering at least 2 weeks before arrival, placing your order earlier allows us to organise your items more smoothly and prioritise fulfilment.
2. Can I place my order now even if I’m arriving later?
Yes. You can place your order in advance once your plans are confirmed.
If your arrival date is further out, you can leave a note at checkout or contact us. This helps us plan inventory while ensuring your order is handled appropriately.
3. What happens if I order early and my plans change?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may contact us to request changes or cancellation.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible. Please refer to our Refund & Shipping Policy for full details.
4. Will prices change if I wait to order?
Prices are subject to change based on supplier availability and operational costs.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, your price is locked in. Ordering earlier can help avoid potential price changes.
5. Why does SettleBox recommend ordering early?
Ordering early helps us:
- Prepare your kit accurately
- Ensure smoother fulfilment
- Minimise last-minute issues
For customers, it means peace of mind knowing your essentials are already taken care of before you arrive.
Orders & Payments
1. How do I place an order?
Simply choose your kit, select your bedding size (if applicable), add any Boost Packs, and check out securely on our website.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via:
- Credit and debit cards
- Stripe
- PayPal
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
3. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party providers. SettleBox does not storeyour full card details.
4. Can I place an order for someone else?
Yes. You can place an order on behalf of someone else, such as a friend, family member, or student. Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.
Delivery & Timing
1. Where do you deliver?
We deliver Australia-wide, including to:
- Residential addresses
- Student accommodations
- Universities (where permitted)
2. Do you guarantee delivery by my arrival date?
No. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed due to courier operations, public holidays, and external factors.
3. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
4. Can I leave delivery notes at checkout?
Yes. You can leave delivery notes during checkout, including preferred delivery timing or special instructions. While exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, notes help us handle your order more efficiently.
5. Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Not always. Delivery requirements depend on the courier and location. The courier may leave the parcel in a safe place, attempt redelivery, or redirect it to a collection point in line with their standard procedures.
6. What if I’m not home when my order is delivered?
If no one is available, the courier will follow their usual delivery process. We recommend arranging delivery to a secure location where possible.
Changes, Returns & Refunds
1. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
2. What is your return policy?
We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law.
You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair if items are:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Not as described
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted if items are unused and in original packaging. For full details, please refer to our Refund & Shipping Policy.
3. What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Stock & Availability
1. What happens if an item is temporarily out of stock?
If an item in your kit is temporarily unavailable, we may substitute it with a comparable item of equal or greater value. Where possible, we may contact you before dispatch.
Quality & Sourcing
1. Where are your products sourced from?
Our products are sourced from trusted Australian suppliers and include hotel-grade and everyday essentials selected for durability and comfort.
2. Are SmartPacks suitable for shared accommodation?
Yes. SmartPacks are suitable for shared accommodation. Each kit is designed for individual use and can be easily combined with existing household items.
3. Are bedding sizes Australian standard?
Yes. All bedding sizes follow Australian standard sizing and are clearly listed on product pages.
Privacy & Security
1. Do you collect personal information?
Yes, but only what is necessary to process your order and improve your experience. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
2. Do you use cookies or analytics?
Yes. We use tools such as Google Analytics to understand website usage and improve performance. This data is anonymised and does not personally identify you.
