  • Express: Prep 2–3 business days from payment, then ship.
  • Edits: Change details until dispatch (watch for our Dispatch Lock email).
  • Refunds (simple rules): Full refund within 7 days if arrival is 14+ days away • After 7 days: non-refundable • Within 14 days of arrival: non-refundable from purchase • Deposit: refundable 7 days, then non-refundable (ACL rights apply).
  • Delivery: Australia Post (tracked) to home, student housing, or university reception where permitted.
