Returns & Refunds

1. What if an item arrives damaged?

Report within 7 days to support@settlebox.com.au for replacement or refund under ACL.

Yes, before dispatch or within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

If the fault is ours, yes – otherwise return shipping cost applies
