Yes, select your delivery date during checkout so your SmartPack arrives near your move-in day.

All major cards and international payment gateways in AUD.
3. Can parents order for students?
Yes, orders can be placed on behalf of students with address details for delivery
4. Can I change my order after payment?
Yes, contact support within 24 hours to update items or delivery details.
Delivery & Shipping
1. Where do you deliver?
Australia-wide to residential addresses and university campuses.
2. How long does delivery take?
Usually 2 to 5 business days once dispatched.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking details are emailed once your SmartPack is on its way.
4. Do you offer scheduled delivery?
Yes, for bulk or pre-arrival orders we can coordinate timed delivery.
Returns & Refunds
1. What if an item arrives damaged?
Report within 7 days to support@settlebox.com.au for replacement or refund under ACL.
2. Can I return for change of mind?
Yes, before dispatch or within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
3. Are returns free?
If the fault is ours, yes – otherwise return shipping cost applies

1. Are SmartPacks covered by warranty?
Yes, under Australian Consumer Law for reasonable use and quality expectations.

From reliable Australian suppliers and verified global manufacturers.

1. Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes, we use recyclable and minimal waste materials for all SmartPacks.
2. Do you reuse or recycle returns?
Yes, all returns are sanitised and repurposed responsibly.
3. Do you offer refill packs?
Yes, Refill Kits launch soon for existing customers.

1. What sizes do SmartPacks come in?
Single, Double, Queen and King for bedding – universal sizes for kitchen and bathroom.
2. Can I customise my SmartPack?
Yes, add Boost Packs or specific room kits at checkout.
3. Are SmartPacks suitable for families?
Yes, SmartPack Pro is ideal for families and long-term residents.
